No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer the booking fee to a new appointment. If you choose not to rebook immediately, the booking fee will be kept as a credit on file for future use. If you choose not to rebook the deposit remains non refundable.

Cancellations within 48 hours result in the forfeiture of the booking fee, with no option to transfer. 

No-shows or same-day cancellations will lose the booking fee. 

This strict policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason, as appointment slots are limited, and last-minute changes result in clinic losses. By booking, you agree to these terms.
