I’m running late to my appointment — what should I do?

We understand that delays can happen. If you’re running behind, please send an SMS as soon as possible to:

If you arrive late, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, if there is not enough time to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

To get the most out of your appointment, we recommend arriving a few minutes early — especially for treatments requiring numbing cream.

  • Your booking fee will be retained as a treatment credit

  • This credit cannot be reused as a booking fee or deposit due to system limitations

  • A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment

  • All deposits are non-refundable
