Every plan is tailored, transparent and safety-first, empowering you to make informed choices. Explore our services below.
Frown & Wrinkle Reduction Consultations
Discuss tailored strategies to smooth fine lines while preserving your natural expression.
-
Frown lines, forehead creases, and crow’s feet are common areas of concern — but treatment doesn’t need to be obvious. At Grounded Aesthetics, we focus on achieving results that appear effortless and undetectable, as if you’ve simply had more sleep or less stress.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your facial movement, muscle strength, and aesthetic goals to determine the most appropriate treatment approach. We’ll also discuss tailored strategies to smooth fine lines, which may include prescription-based treatments or skin-focused options such as needling or regenerative therapies.
We’ll cover:
• The areas you’re concerned about (e.g. frown lines, forehead, crow’s feet)
• How treatment may work to soften overactive muscles or improve skin texture
• What kind of result you can expect and how long it may last
• Your medical history and safety considerations
If prescription-based treatment is recommended, this will be discussed during your consultation and prescribed by a medical practitioner if deemed appropriate. In some cases, treatment may be offered on the same day.
Our goal is a balanced, refreshed appearance — not to change how you look, but to help you look more like you.
-
Wrinkle reduction treatments must be spaced a minimum of 3 months apart.
This is required to support appropriate treatment response over time.
-
Tetanus and whooping cough vaccines: Schedule treatments at least six weeks before or after these vaccinations. There are some clinical papers that suggest that there could be interactions and reduced efficacy.

A review appointment is required 2–4 weeks following treatment.
This timeframe is important to allow for appropriate clinical assessment.
Why a review may be recommended:
First-time patients should attend a review appointment to assess dosage and treatment response
If there are concerns regarding treatment efficacy
If there are concerns about how the treatment has responded, a review is required to:
Take clinical photographs
Document the outcome
Liaise with the relevant drug manufacturer if required
In these cases, your review should occur as close to 2 weeks post-treatment as possible.
Booking your review:
A 10-minute review appointment can be booked online
You do not need to book a full treatment appointment unless advised
Any required adjustments may be completed during this review appointment

Facial Balancing & Volume Restoration
Subtle enhancements that refine and restore facial harmony.
-
Subtle changes. Natural harmony.
Facial balancing is about restoring proportion and flow — enhancing what’s already there, without looking like anything’s been “done.” At Grounded Aesthetics, we take a whole-face approach, looking at how small refinements can bring your features into balance while still feeling completely like you.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your facial structure, volume distribution, and treatment goals. This might include softening the jawline, supporting the cheeks, or enhancing the chin — depending on what’s relevant to your features and concerns.
We’ll cover:
• Areas where volume loss or imbalance may be affecting symmetry
• Tailored treatment strategies using volume restoration or skin therapies
• Your aesthetic preferences, expression, and facial movement
• What to expect in terms of safety, longevity, and downtime
Some facial balancing treatments involve Schedule 4 prescription medications, which can only be prescribed after a consultation with a medical practitioner.
Our goal is always the same: to support your natural features — not distract from them — and to help you feel more confident in the face that’s already yours.
-
At Grounded Aesthetics, volume restoration treatments are typically spaced a minimum of 2 months apart.
This approach allows:
Adequate time for healing
Integration of the product within the tissue
Resolution of deeper swelling
By 8 weeks, the area has usually settled sufficiently to allow for an accurate assessment of outcomes and whether further treatment may be appropriate.
-
For dermal filler appointments, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and freshly washed hair. This helps maintain a sterile environment on the skin and reduces the risk of infection.
Vaccines: Schedule treatments at least four weeks before or after any vaccinations.
Medications: Inform us of all medications, supplements, and herbal remedies you are taking. Please contact the clinic at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to check for any potential contraindications.
Dental Work: Avoid all dental procedures, including cleans, four weeks before and after treatments.
Travel Plans: Refrain from scheduling treatments within two weeks of international travel. This only applies to international travel; there is no concern with flying or domestic travel.
Cold Sores: If you have an active cold sore, please reschedule your appointment.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please contact the clinic before scheduling an appointment.
Medical Conditions: Disclose any chronic illnesses or autoimmune conditions during your consultation. If you are wanting to book a consultation with the potential to have treatment on the day - please email the clinic to discuss any potential contraindications.

A review is recommended 4–8 weeks following treatment.
This allows adequate time for the area to settle before assessing the outcome.
Booking your review:

This review must occur no later than 2 weeks for appropriate assessment
Your practitioner can assess the area and provide treatment if required.

REJURAN®
Restore skin vitality and improve texture for a refreshed appearance.
-
Rejuran® Skin Rejuvenation
For skin that looks like it’s always been this healthy.
Rejuran® is a regenerative injectable treatment designed to improve skin texture, elasticity, and overall skin quality — especially in delicate areas like under the eyes.
Made from highly purified polynucleotides (PN) derived from wild salmon DNA, Rejuran® works by stimulating your skin’s natural repair processes. It helps restore the extracellular matrix, promote collagen production, and support long-term skin regeneration — without adding volume or affecting facial movement.
It’s ideal for patients looking to:
• Improve under-eye texture, crepey skin, or fine lines
• Boost hydration, firmness, and overall skin resilience
• Support skin healing following laser or needling
• Address dull, tired, or ageing skin naturally
A course of 3–4 sessions, spaced 3–4 weeks apart, is usually recommended for best results. Maintenance treatments may be performed every 6–12 months, depending on your skin needs.
Rejuran® is not a filler and not a toxin — it’s a skin-healing treatment that works gradually and safely to improve the quality of your skin from the inside out.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin and discuss whether Rejuran® is the right option for your concerns.

Teeth Grinding/Clenching
Address jaw tension and discomfort (bruxism) with targeted treatment options.
-
Jaw Tension Consultations
Relief from tension starts with the right assessment.
Chronic teeth grinding (bruxism), jaw clenching, and facial tension can lead to a range of uncomfortable symptoms — from jaw pain and headaches to worn-down teeth and poor sleep quality.
At Grounded Aesthetics, we offer consultations to assess the underlying muscle activity contributing to these symptoms. While the masseter muscle is often the main area involved, we also evaluate surrounding structures such as the temporalis and trapezius muscles, which may be contributing to tension or postural discomfort.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss:
• The severity and frequency of your symptoms (e.g. jaw pain, tension, headaches, tooth sensitivity)
• Aesthetic concerns such as jaw heaviness or lower face widening
• Relevant lifestyle factors (stress, posture, sleep habits)
• Whether muscle relaxant treatment may be appropriate to help reduce tension and protect against long-term damage
If treatment is suitable, it may help:
• Reduce involuntary clenching or grinding
• Alleviate jaw pain, facial tension, and some tension-related headaches
• Soften the appearance of an overactive or bulky lower face
This treatment may involve Schedule 4 prescription-only medications, which will only be prescribed after a consultation with a medical practitioner.
Our approach is holistic — we consider both functional and aesthetic concerns to ensure your treatment plan supports not only how you look, but how you feel.
In some cases, we may recommend a collaborative approach and refer you to another practitioner — such as a physiotherapist, dentist, or TMJ specialist — if your symptoms suggest a need for multidisciplinary care. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we’ll always ensure you’re receiving the most appropriate support.

Skin Rejuvenation
Advanced protocols to revitalise and refresh your complexion.
-
Advanced protocols to revitalise and refresh your complexion.
No single formula. Just the right plan — for your skin.
Skin rejuvenation is not one treatment — it’s a tailored strategy designed to address the visible signs of ageing, environmental damage, and changes in skin quality over time. At Grounded Aesthetics, we don’t follow templated routines. Every skin is different, and so is every plan.
Depending on your concerns, your skin rejuvenation protocol may involve a combination of advanced treatments that work at different depths of the skin to improve tone, texture, elasticity, and hydration. These may include:
• Biostimulatory injectable treatments to support collagen production and skin quality
• Collagen induction therapy (skin needling) to improve texture, firmness, and overall skin strength
• Medical-grade chemical peels to resurface, brighten, and regulate cell turnover
• Muscle-modulating treatments to soften expression lines and support facial harmony
• Prescription-strength skincare and pigment inhibitors, if medically appropriate
During your consultation, we’ll take a detailed look at your skin health, medical history, and aesthetic goals. From there, we’ll build a staged, realistic treatment plan that prioritises longevity, skin integrity, and natural-looking results.
Whether your goals are focused on prevention, subtle refinement, or restorative outcomes, skin rejuvenation is always a process — and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Chemical Peels
Exfoliate and refine skin texture for a brighter, smoother complexion.
-
Chemical peels are professional resurfacing treatments that use medical-grade acids to exfoliate the skin, stimulate cell turnover, and improve overall skin function. At Grounded Aesthetics, we customise each peel to your specific concerns — including acne, pigmentation, melasma, rosacea, and skin texture.
Our peels may include salicylic acid, mandelic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, or TCA, depending on your skin’s needs and goals.
We offer:
• Light peels, which require no downtime and are ideal for maintaining skin health or prepping for other treatments
• Medium to deeper peels, which deliver more dramatic results but may involve visible peeling and a few days of downtime — and may require skin preparation beforehand
Each treatment is selected and applied with precision following a clinical skin assessment.
Chemical peels can help improve:
• Acne and congestion
• Sun damage and pigmentation
• Fine lines and superficial texture
• Redness-prone, reactive, or dull skin
• Overall skin barrier function
Your practitioner will advise on the most appropriate peel for your skin type and condition, along with any prep and post-care needed to support your results.

Micro-needling (Skin Needling)
Stimulate collagen production for firmer, more resilient skin.
-
Skin Needling (Collagen Induction Therapy)
Stimulates your skin’s natural renewal — safely and effectively.
Skin needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment that promotes the skin’s natural healing processes to improve texture, tone, and overall appearance. By creating controlled micro-injuries, it stimulates collagen and elastin production, leading to firmer, smoother skin.
At Grounded Aesthetics, we use the 1NEED Pro device — a medical-grade skin needling system designed in Italy and registered with the TGA. It meets strict safety and efficacy standards and is equipped with the patented NOFLOW® system, which prevents any backflow and minimises the risk of cross-contamination.
Skin needling may help improve:
• Skin texture and tone
• Fine lines and early signs of ageing
• Acne scars and post-inflammatory pigmentation
• Pore size and superficial scarring
Why patients love it:
• Minimal downtime — most experience only mild redness for 12–24 hours
• Comfortable treatment with topical numbing
• Natural collagen stimulation without heat, fillers, or toxins
• Visible improvement with each session
Treatment overview:
• Duration: 30–60 minutes
• Downtime: Mild redness, typically resolving within 1 day
• Recommended course: 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart
Your skin will continue to improve over time, with results that look natural, fresh, and entirely your own.

Melasma & Pigmentation Management
Tailored approaches to balance skin tone.
-
Evidence-based care for complex pigment concerns.
Melasma and hyperpigmentation are common — but not all pigmentation is the same. At Grounded Aesthetics, we take a personalised, medically-informed approach to managing pigment conditions based on your skin type, history, and underlying triggers.
Melasma, in particular, is a chronic pigment disorder influenced by hormonal changes, sun exposure, heat, inflammation, and genetics. It requires a careful, long-term strategy to support even-toned skin and minimise recurrence.
We also treat non-melasma pigmentation, such as sun damage, solar lentigines (sun spots), and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. These concerns may respond more quickly to active treatments like chemical peels, collagen induction therapy, and topical pigment inhibitors. A proper skin assessment ensures we select the right approach — one that improves clarity without compromising skin health.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin and design a treatment plan that may include:
• Topical pigment-regulating skincare
• Prescription compounded creams, where appropriate
• Chemical peels tailored to pigment-prone or sun-damaged skin
• Collagen induction therapy (skin needling)
• Skincare and lifestyle advice to reduce ongoing pigment stimulation
Our approach is realistic, strategic, and personalised — with a focus on long-term skin health, not just quick fixes.
